I was using my rapid charger from my Nexus 6p because I'm staying at a friend's house and that's the charger that I grabbed. When I came home and charged the phone with the charger that came with my pixel 2, it charges to 100%. So for some reason the other charger won't give it 100%. Strange but I think that's what it is
