Over the past decade, they did significant research and even considered adding a one-mile walk as a replacement option for the 1.5-mile run. WitrynaYou need to build up some base miles. Do a 3-4 mile walk at a moderate pace at least 5 times a week. As you get closer to the test, pick up speed and reduce distance. You may even want to do intervals where you walk at a normal pace for something like a 10th of a mile then really walk fast the next 10th. Repeat over and over.
