For various flash interfaces and boot modes, the BootROM must get some additional information from the application image in the external flash device. Webone boot time optimization has been applied and that is the U-boot boot delay set to zero, see section 4.1 below. This optimization was applied to be able to better compare the boot times between the different boards since the default boot delay can be different for different boards.
