It's not easy and takes a lot of effort and planning. I'm a Company driver and run OTR out of Houston. Essentially, what they have done is construct the lease so that your truck value is going up! It's ridiculous! There is no such thing as appreciation in value on any type of vehicle, car truck, etc. But Swift has found a way to do it. And it's legal too!
