When I tried to compile using these version: gcc (GCC) 4.4.7 netcdf library version 4.3.0. They both run real.exe without any problems. I can't test the wrf.exe run, as I only have 1 time period of your met_em* files; however, the original problem, and the problem you need to get past is the real.exe problem.
